Campuros and Brica Valley

Campuros and Brica Valley

I am very fond of this excursion, for the environments it passes through. An extremely varied walk, which will give us the opportunity to see a great variety of floristic and faunal elements.
The views of one of the wildest areas of the Friulian Dolomites are magnificent, with bizarre towers, detrital slopes and enchanting prairies.

After leaving the car at the Pordenone refuge parking lot, we will walk along the Val Cimoliana to Caseruta dei Pecoli. From here we will take the path that climbs decidedly steep at the beginning, and will take us to Casera Valbinon and then on to the acidic grasslands of Campuros, crossing very varied environments. After passing Campuros, we will climb to the Forcella Val di Brica, the highest point of our excursion.
We will descend on the other side, passing under the bizarre forms of the Mus di Brica, we will pass through the enchanting hut in the woods - the Cason di Brica, before descending again to the valley floor and returning to the starting point.

WHY YOU SHOULD DO IT:

To see wild and enchanted landscapes.
To marvel at the immense variety of flora.
To enjoy a corner of truly wild territory.

Extras:
