Payment methods
The customer can purchase the Services online and make payments, by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), via Paypal, by bank transfer, as indicated on the Site, following the instructions indicated for the purchase procedure.
The information necessary for payment will be forwarded, through encrypted protocols, to the payment institution to which the remote electronic payment services are entrusted by Lucia Montefiori, without the possibility of access by third parties.
Payments must be made in advance and, only after payment will the reservation be considered confirmed.
For payments by bank transfer, the reservation will be confirmed after crediting. In this case it is also necessary to enter the order reference in the payment reason to identify the transaction.
The invoice will be made available to the customer in its own reserved area in a dedicated section: it will be the customer's responsibility to access this area, print the document and keep it according to the regulations in force.
